Before purchasing please make sure your iPhone is more than 6 months old. If it is less than 6 months your unlock may not work and we will not be able to issue a refund.
If your iPhone has been blacklisted the unlock will not work and we will not be able to issue you with a refund.
All unlocks usually take 1 - 3 working days but on occasions, it can take up to 5 working days to process. We cannot speed up this process, please only ask for an update if it is passed the expected unlocking time period. We will send a confirmation email letting you know your device has been successfully unlocked and can now be used with any SIM card.
Our official network unlocks are processed remotely, we send off the IMEI number for an official Apple unlock. Once the unlock has been processed on the Apple servers your device is then unlocked for good and you are free to use it on any network.
Once your unlock is completed all you need to do is to put in your new SIM card, it does help if you are connected to Wi-Fi because your iPhone will need to download a network carrier update to complete the process.
